Returns Procedure

Need to return an item for any reason?
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 30 days at info@Maria-nicosia.com to start the return process.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive your request, our Customer Service Team will provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions.
No restocking fees will apply.

Please make sure to use a tracked shipping method to ensure the parcel arrives safely.
Until we receive the returned item, it remains your responsibility.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.
Processing and refunding may take up to 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@Maria-nicosia.com.
We can cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.


Damaged or Defective Items

Received an item with an issue?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@Maria-nicosia.com.
Include photos, your order number, and a short description of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

Returns are accepted.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@Maria-nicosia.com and our Customer Service Team will guide you through the process.
